Please read these key rules. Non-compliant hirers, directly or indirectly through their guests, will face immediate termination of the event with no refund given. 

 

Hirers are expected to have read and to comply with the full T&C's

• Booking slot includes setting up and cleaning.

• Leave the venue clean, furniture stored, rubbish removed (bins sheds cannot be used).​

• Hirers (or sufficient adult representatives) must be present throughout.

• No Blue-tack, tape, or pins. Use the provided ceiling hooks for lightweight decoration only.

• No parking available. Only 2 allocated bays in the small car park may be free.

• Keep the event indoors.

• Animals are not allowed.

• Keep music and general noise at a minimum.

• No smoking is allowed within or in the immediate proximity of the Premises.

• No alcohol drinking or ball games is allowed outside of the Premises.

• Drunk or disorderly behaviour is not permitted. CCTV is in 24/7 operation.

• Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is required for all hirer, especially commercial ones. WCS’ PLI covers only Premises and our equipment should accidents occur from these.
